BamChi

This update is about trust and about making BamChi the one place your pet care lives. Verified police checks Providers can now complete a genuine national police check inside the app. When it clears, a Verified police check badge sits at the top of their profile and booking page for 12 months. It is the one credential BamChi verifies itself, and you will see it wherever you browse. Bring your clients over (for providers) Give each of your existing clients a personal code and text it to them. They get 10% off their first booking, paid by BamChi, and from that booking on you keep 100% of every booking with them. No commission on those clients, ever. Your booking link, improved Every provider has a personal page at bamchi.com/your-name. It now shows where your opens come from, and clients can book from the web with their card held, not charged, until you accept. Your own cancellation policy Providers set their own terms: free cancellation until a number of hours before, then a percentage after that. Owners see the exact policy before they pay. A new Profile tab for providers Your public presence in one place: profile strength, what to fix, your booking link, Bring your clients and your police check, all at the top. Also in this update • Book "at their place" services from any distance, with a note when it is far. • Pet care sheets travel with each booking so the carer knows feeding, medication and quirks. • Rate BamChi from Settings. • Faster dashboard for providers and many small fixes.
