New Cams tab: watch live aurora cameras and video streams from New Zealand, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Greenland, Canada and Alaska right inside the app, with a tonight timelapse where available. The score now reflects the chance of capturing aurora with a phone or camera, and live substorm alerts raise it straight away. Place search is smarter: more New Zealand towns such as Lake Tekapo and Stewart Island, Hebrew spelling variants, and the nearest match first.
