Die App ist in der Lage, beim Training anhand Alter, Körpermaße, Gewicht und Blutdruck (inklusive BPM, sofern die Apple Watch genutzt wird) Ihren Kalorienverbrauch zu berechnen. Nach dem Training wird der berechnete Kalorienverbrauch automatisch in Apple Health eingetragen. Bitte tragen Sie in Apple Health Ihr Geburtsdatum, Geschlecht, Größe und Gewicht ein.
