Recordings now survive interruptions. Luminessa saves as you go, so if the app closes or crashes mid-take, everything but the last second or so comes back as a clip the next time you open it. Sharper video with film grain. Recording now uses HEVC at every quality, and 1080p gets more headroom, so grain and fine texture stay crisp instead of turning blocky. Running low on storage? Luminessa now warns you while you record and stops safely, with your clip saved, before space runs out — and tells you up front if there is too little room to start. Luminessa watches your iPhone's temperature. When it gets hot, the live preview eases off first so your recording keeps its full quality, and you are told when it happens. Also: smoother autofocus while recording, photos that keep their full resolution after you flip cameras, and a first recording that starts faster.
