Tabela atualizada para a competência 09/2026. • Nova aba "Alterados" na tela de Novidades: mostra o que mudou de regra entre competências — faixa etária, habilitação, descrição, quantidade máxima de execução e CID —, e não apenas inclusões, exclusões e reajuste de valor. • Destaques da 09/2026: etanercepte 25 mg passou a valer até 130 anos (antes 18), mepolizumabe a partir de 12 anos (antes 18), tacrolimo pomada com até 3 execuções, e 100 procedimentos com habilitação alterada. • Correção na verificação de atualização da tabela: o app deixou de informar "tabela atualizada" quando havia competência nova publicada.
