Built for expert-level tracking: a new "Below the surface" section (phase, warm water volume, ocean–atmosphere coupling, wind bursts, and a coastal Kelvin wave tracker with method explainers and references on every tile), a Temperature/Sea surface height switch on the Pacific map, an Absolute/Relative toggle and daily chart on the Niño 3.4 headline, the full NOAA/CPC advisory readable in the app (with push notifications that deep-link straight to it), and an MEI toggle on ENSO history. Also new: the ENSO Longitude Index (ELI) with its own forecast, a subsurface temperature cross-section of the equatorial Pacific, and the equatorial Pacific Hovmöller — sea surface temperature, convection, thermocline depth and sea surface height, observed and forecast on the same diagram.
