» Se han mejorado las secciones de infusiones pediátricas y scores clínicos. » Se han añadido tablas de referencia por edad para las inmunoglobulinas séricas, incluidos valores para recién nacidos, así como rangos de referencia para los recuentos de linfocitos T y B y las concentraciones séricas del complemento. » Se han incluido rangos hormonales de referencia, como TSH, FSH, LH, DHEA-S y T4, entre otros, para facilitar la evaluación y el seguimiento de los trastornos endocrinos. » Se ha añadido una calculadora para el manejo de líquidos en la cetoacidosis diabética, que incluye estimación de la deshidratación, cálculo de líquidos de mantenimiento, ajuste por expansión volumétrica y reposición del déficit en 24, 36 o 48 horas.
