iPhone / iPad / Mac - New site selection option, allowing to automatically select Single Site radars (or just NEXRAD ones) as you pan the map. - New option in Settings to hide banners announcing storms and tropical tracks in vicinity. - Faster map load at app launch. - Updated temperature color range on charts, to match map layer. - Updated map timeline to indicate where layer has available data, and timeline now repositions to start of this range on selection. - Map gestures have been improved to avoid unintended inspection. - Fixed issue where the Weather Assistant would not use the selected wind units. - Fixed issue where scheduled notifications would continue to arrive for a place you had left while following your current location. - Fixed issue where the widgets sheet would jump around when you selected a past answer from the Weather Assistant's History. - Fixed translations for day abbreviations and wind direction abbreviations in a few languages. - Fixed new notification schedules, now covering every day of the week by default. - Some love and polish all around. Mac - Added trackpad support for scrubbing the map timeline with a two-finger scroll. Watch - Redesigned circular complications. - Added new wind complications. - Added wind gusts to chart. - Watch app and complications now follow the wind unit set in app. - Fixed issue where app and complications would not show the current "now" conditions, rather the next hour condition. Home / Lock-screen Widgets - Redesigned circular lock-screen widget. - New wind lock-screen widget with speed, direction and gusts, available in the circular, inline and rectangular sizes. - Merged the Forecast and Daily home screen widgets into one, with a toggle on top right. CarPlay - Added voice guidance, announcing upcoming turns as you approach them. Enable via CarPlay settings. - Added adaptive transparency to layers, which become more translucent as you zoom in, to improve map readability.
