Slab is a physically modelled steel plate reverb. Not a room pretending to be a plate. Not an impulse response. A sheet of steel the size of a door - 25,000 resonant modes, all worked out at once, under everything you play. It's a lot of metal for 99¢. LET IT RING Hold the SWELL foot and the reverb keeps building. Every note adds more energy to the plate. Keep playing and the sound gets bigger, then bigger, then completely out of hand. There is no reason to stop. So don't. DAMP IT Real plate
