• Muse S Athena: fixed a crash while recording, and the Athena's optical (fNIRS) channels are now recorded alongside the EEG. • New for the Athena: choose Standard or EEG + fNIRS recording (all 8 optical channels), and a live fNIRS screen showing each sensor's light, heartbeat contact, saturation and light leaks while you adjust the headband. • Markers: every marker press draws a numbered line on the EEG and Wavelets screens; the marker buttons show a running count and give a haptic tap. • Wavelets: clearer colour scaling, so every channel shows structure and steady rhythms such as alpha stand out; events now line up in time across all frequencies. • Analysis: a larger artifact percentage and a colour-coded band-power table. • More reliable timing: samples lost over Bluetooth are kept as empty rows, so markers after a dropout stay at the right time. • For researchers: recordings now start with a header row naming every column, with a JSON file describing the device, channels, sample rate, markers and, on the Athena, each optical channel's position and wavelength. Recordings from earlier versions still open in the app. • Added an Acknowledgements screen.
