Daily Scales shows you the fingering for every note of every scale. Pick your instrument and a scale and press play: the music scrolls past one note at a time with the fingering over each note, the note you're on lights up, and the app plays along with you. Start with one octave of C major. When you're ready there are 35 scales, 34 arpeggios and chords, and 38 patterns to run them through, on all 40 instruments, in all twelve keys. What's new
Version 1.1.1 · 7 Oct 2026 · 2 days ago
The instrument panel can now show, faintly, where the instrument goes for the next note, and on brass a ladder of the partial each note is played on. Turn them on in the panel's settings. Pages appear faster, play-along runs more smoothly, and Daily Scales uses less battery in the background. Play-along and its settings are now translated into every language. The flute's thumb and foot keys and the horn's levers are drawn more accurately, and a page that went blank after time in the background now comes back by itself.
