The beach selected at the top of the app controls the guide. Lighter panels, clearer expansion arrows and organized sections make information easier to read, and a new sharing option makes it easy to send a guide to someone else. • MinuteCast rain-notice fix Approaching-rain notices now clear when their forecast start time arrives, preventing elapsed events from continuing to say rain is “beginning” or “starting.” • Clearer CarPlay widgets Larger weather symbols and beach names, meaningful colors, clearer Water Temp and tide labels, and more configuration options. • Improved layouts Refined layouts for iPhone Duo and wider windows, with better spacing and accessibility text handling. Animated Beach Clocks are optional features for fun and enjoyment. They run inside the OBX Watch app and may increase battery use. Apple’s watchOS may return to your selected Apple Watch face after a timeout or interruption. Your selection stays saved—reopen OBX to enjoy it again.
