What's new

Version 2.1.30 · 6 Oct 2026 · 10 days ago

This update makes WhyGolf's GPS even smarter: "Plays Like" Yardages – Elevation-adjusted distances that show how far the shot really plays. 3D Course View – Fly over every hole in 3D before you play it. See elevation, hazards, and the smart line from tee to green. Custom Shot Dispersion – WhyGolf now learns your misses. Your real shot patterns feed directly into aim and club recommendations, so the app plays your game, not a tour pro's. Strokes Gained Benchmarking – Compare your strokes gained to PGA Tour players, scratch golfers, or any handicap level, and see exactly what separates your game from theirs. Friends' Strokes Gained – See your buddies' strokes gained stats and find out who's actually carrying the foursome.
