This update brings Body Battery to your Apple Watch, personal sleep and step goals, and smarter notifications to help you stay on track every day. ** BODY BATTERY ON APPLE WATCH Check your energy right on your wrist with the new Body Battery page in the Welldo watch app, or add the Body Battery complication to your watch face for a quick look anytime. ** YOUR OWN SLEEP & STEP GOALS Set personal goals in Profile > User Settings. Your sleep ring, sleep charts and Apple Watch now follow your goals, and you can adjust your sleep goal right from the sleep page. ** SMARTER NOTIFICATIONS Morning sleep summary shows how close you came to your goal Evening nudge tells you how many steps are left New alert lets you know when your resting heart rate is above your normal range ** LIGHT OR DARK, YOUR CHOICE Pick Light, Dark or System in Preferences > Theme. ** CLEARER BODY BATTERY CHART Workouts now appear on the chart Periods without data are shown dashed Smoother chart line ** IMPROVEMENTS & FIXES Steps no longer show 0 on some devices More accurate Body Battery: a locked phone no longer counts as a day without data HRV readings taken around midnight now appear on the correct day Resting heart rate ranges now match on every screen Contact Us now works even without the Mail app Layout fixes for smaller iPhones and improved translations That's all for this update.
