About
A gentle nudge to put your device down when it’s hard to stop. ScreenRecess lets you choose a group of apps, give them one shared usage allowance, and pause access for a timed break. When recess ends, access returns and a fresh allowance begins. Use, recess, repeat. ONE ALLOWANCE ACROSS YOUR APPS Time in all selected apps adds up together. Switching apps, stepping away, or locking your device keeps your progress. A new day doesn't reset the allowance. A CYCLE YOU CHOOSE Start with 10 minutes
Ranks come from Apple's public App Store charts, checked once a day. Appulse Index isn't affiliated with Apple.
