1.16 is here! Build workouts faster with the improved AI Workout funnel and clearer exercise grouping across preview and active workouts. Change your password in Settings, export workout history, and manage RFID details from your profile. To keep the app lean, templates are capped at 50 and quick-start no longer auto-saves templates. Enjoy smarter exercise search, smoother superset selection, connected cardio navigation, and UI polish.
