New: Workout Replay Maybe our favorite feature in a long time... Relive any run, ride, or hike. Hit play and watch your workout come to life on the map, or drag your finger along the route to see your heart rate, pace, elevation, and more at every step. Color the route by heart rate zone, pace, or elevation, and switch to Follow mode for a 3D view that rides along with you. Export Journal Data Your Journal Impact Analysis is now exportable (both PDF Report as well as CSV). Improvements: The Athlytic Age What If panel now stays pinned at the top while you move the sliders. Journal Impact Analysis shows each day's value on short charts and explains why Recovery history restarts after switching to Apple Recovery HRV.
