EchoLab v14.0: • Analysis of prosthetic aortic, mitral, and pulmonic valves updated using the 2023 guidelines from the American Society of Echocardiography, the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance, and the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography. • Option to designate surgical aortic valve replacement (SAVR) or transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) added to Quick Entry (aortic stenosis), Aortic Valve Area (VTI), and Aortic Valve Area (velocity) views. • Quick Entry (pulmonic stenosis) added as a new view for assessment of native and prosthetic pulmonic valves, with the option to designate a bioprosthetic pulmonic valve or a pulmonic valve homograft. • Updates for compatibility with iOS 27. EchoLab is optimized for Dark Mode, ideal for use in the dimmed lighting of a typical echocardiography reading room. Remember that designating Quick Entry views as favorites permits easy access to the most frequently used echocardiographic measurements under the Favorites tab. Designating the Demographics and Clinical Conditions view as a favorite is a great way to direct the Analytic Engine from a central point. Remember also to check out the bundled Apple Watch app for EchoLab, providing a ready reference when performing echocardiograms.
