Tend Daily has been refreshed for this update, with new tools to help you set and follow through on goals: New goal-setting method in reviews: each goal now has a Plan (your route to get there) and a System (the habit that carries it), so goals turn into action rather than just wishes. Free write mode: a distraction-free 20-minute timed writing session to help you get unstuck, with a fresh prompt each time. Day labels: tag any day with a short label (like "Wedding day") and search History by it later to find and reflect on key moments. Optional freeform notes box added to your journal entries, for anything that doesn't fit the guided prompts. Dictation tip added — you can now tap the microphone on your keyboard to speak your entries instead of typing. Thanks for using Tend Daily — keep the feedback coming!
