Your Apple Watch now keeps your water goal instead of resetting it to 2 L. Honest Coaching Recovery and Strain advice is now built from your real score and what is driving it. When a reading is missing, Livity tells you so instead of guessing, and we removed several lines of advice that contradicted each other. A Fresher Look Cleaner cards and headers across the app, plus charts that draw in smoothly with a marker for right now and your key points. Ready for Apple Watch Series 12 Livity supports Apple's new Recovery HRV, and Recovery Preferences now shows which HRV type your score used.
