SitStand is a ridiculously simple timer for your phone that keeps you honest about actually using the stand part of your standing desk. Combat shrimp posture! No subscriptions, no nonsense. Everything stays on your phone. You sit, you stand, you tap. That’s it. Build the habit through the workday, office or WFH desk setup. The timer lives on the lock screen and in Dynamic Island, so you don’t unlock just to flip status. History on-device: week, month, or year. No account. No cloud. No…
