Never Lose a Match Again • If MyGoal quits unexpectedly while recording on Apple Watch, your match is no longer lost — progress is saved automatically every minute • Reopen the app and you'll be asked to save what was recorded: duration, distance, heart rate and goals included Workout Reminders • Inactivity Reminder: haven't played in 3, 5, 7 or 14 days? Get an evening nudge to get back on the pitch • Weekly Reminder: pick a day and time and get reminded to play every week • Turn them on in Settings → Notifications — when your iPhone is locked, reminders appear on your Apple Watch too More • Various improvements and bug fixes
