2013 erstmals erschienen, dies ist die umfassendste Überarbeitung, die ECG Pro je hatte. Über 1.400 Fälle wurden von Kardiologen neu überprüft und in vier Niveaus eingeteilt, dazu ein Test, der Ihr Niveau bestimmt, ein Tagesfall und ein Befundungs-Coach, der die Befundungsreihenfolge durchgeht und nur bewertet, was die Daten hergeben. Außerdem: Auswertung von Apple Watch-EKGs, vollständiger Dunkelmodus und ein neu gestaltetes iPad-Layout.
