Light meter: while the fine-tune is set to anything other than zero, a red badge sits at the top left of the viewfinder and shows the value — so a correction you set for a filter cannot be forgotten. The value in the fine-tune row turns red too. Distance: on iPhones with a LiDAR scanner (Pro models from iPhone 12 Pro), the distance to the metering point now appears on the right, below the exposure value — up to about 5 m. Handy for cameras without a rangefinder: set it on the focus ring. Glass, mirrors and shiny surfaces can fool the sensor.
