Pico now talks you through every lesson. • Every level is introduced by Pico: he says the title, then explains it in a few simple words. Lessons are now written the way a teacher would say them. • New: learn to read note lengths. A new lesson shows whole, half, quarter and eighth notes, and you can hear each one while you count along. • New: nine short reading etudes to practise note values and rests. You can listen to each one, then play it. • Every chord and chord progression now tells you how it feels, for example happy, sad or dreamy, and Pico shows the mood on his face. • Beginners can now start with chords, songs, melodies and strumming whichever guitar they play. • Back and next buttons moved onto the lesson card, where they are easier to reach. • A smoother iPad layout, with more space and larger text. • Smoother page transitions, and many small fixes.
