SONG PAGE - Both numbers on a song row now have their own up and down arrows: the pattern, and how many times it repeats. Tap to step, hold to move the step through the list. - Mute pads for one step of a song. Tap M on the row and pick the pads to drop out; they stay out of renders and stems too. - Undo now covers song edits. FILES - Sessions and kits save as .vprdrm and .vprkit, with the VAPORDRUM icon. Tap one in Files and it opens in the app. Older exports are renamed and still load. ALSO - The keyboard's up and down arrows step the value you are typing.

VAPORDRUM is a super drum machine: sixteen velocity-sensitive pads, a pattern and song sequencer, an eight-bus mixer with tape effects, and a feel engine that makes a programmed beat breathe like a real drummer. HUMAN FEEL Every instrument gets its own timing, dynamics and nuance. Push the hats loose, keep the kick locked, let the snare land a little heavier now and then. It's repeatable too, so what you hear is exactly what you export. PLAY IT - 16 pads, each with up to three velocity layers
