Combien de pommes y a-t-il dans deux caisses contenant chacune deux pommes ? L'enfant voit d'abord, compte ensuite, puis écrit le calcul : 2 x 2 = 4. C'est ainsi que la multiplication commence vraiment à avoir du sens.
