OPTIONAL DESKTOP CONNECTIONS • Pair your iPhone or iPad with StayTally Desktop on Mac or Windows using a QR code or complete pairing code, then confirm the matching number on your Apple device. • Bring your workspace, records and documents to an approved desktop. See connection status and sync progress, check device health, and manage saved desktop connections. • Keep StayTally open on your iPhone or iPad while syncing. Everyday bookkeeping remains available without a desktop. SIMPLER AIRBNB CSV IMPORTS • Start by choosing your CSV document, with less-used options tucked into an expandable section. • Review clearer rental listing matches, income, fees and payout summaries. Imports use the amounts supplied by your CSV without an extra fee-estimation step. • Follow saving progress, then return to your dashboard with a confirmation. Import history and Undo remain available. CLEARER RENTAL SETUP AND REPORTS • Property is now Rental Listing, and Property Group is now Rental Group throughout setup, navigation, records, dashboards and reports. • Floor-area fields now clearly distinguish Total property floor area from Rental floor area. • Updated wording also carries through shared-cost and reimbursement screens, annual reviews, tax-preparation guidance and accountant exports. • Rental setup keeps fields and labels visible above the keyboard, with better wrapping for long labels and larger text. • Removed the optional Planning Targets page. Saved history, date tags and financial calculations are preserved. RELIABILITY IMPROVEMENTS • Improved Quick Add transitions on iPad. • Corrected dashboard card availability for comparison cards and cards with their own date ranges. • Improved deletion checks for dashboard references and fixed empty rental-group deletion after desktop enrollment. • Improved handling of saved document-provider preferences when enabling sync. Desktop management hides group actions when no desktops are paired. Your saved rental names and records are preserved. This update does not change financial calculation rules or add tax-return filing.
