What's New in Styrka 4.6 -Plan your training Create programs with weekly schedules or flexible rotations. Set session targets, track your progress through the plan, and pick up where you left off. Plans sync across your devices with iCloud. -Bug fixes • Fixed an issue where weight values displayed incorrectly when using lbs — numbers now convert properly across all screens including templates, workout history, and progress stats. • Improved stability when creating and editing plans.
