Auto Invert! for Safari is an extension that can reduce strain on the eyes and improve readability at night inverting its brightness without altering the color palette, images, and videos. Just tap on the "A" icon of Auto Invert! to toggle automatically the feature in every tab of the website (with the same domain).
It couldn't be easier than that to improve dramatically the reading quality of web pages of your interest!
